Developer Lots
The current 5 phases of Rancho California RV Resort consists of a total of 592 lots. Future plans are for a 7 phase development with an additional 200+ lots and 4 additional holes added to complete our 18 hole executive golf course.These undeveloped lots are complete with 100 amp electrical service, cable TV, sewer, phone line, DSL capability, and a 18' X 60' concrete pad. The average dimensions of these "developer lots" are 40' X 80" however our premium lots are as large as 50' X 100'. For a limited time we offered a select number of these lots at special reduced prices. These lots were priced for a quick sale. We currently have no developer lots available for sale in phase 5. Resales
Since Rancho California RV Resort's inception in 1997, Homeowners have enjoyed adding their own personal touches to their once undeveloped lots. These improvements can include expanded pads, extensive outdoor kitchens and living areas with fireplaces, flat screen TVs, privacy walls, fountains, palapas and canopies. Many of these developed and undeveloped resale lots are available for sale and are priced between $35,000 and $350,000. Our ORA Inc.
