Special Seasonal Rates:

Nightly rate (Sun-Thurs)	$45 plus tax
Nightly rate (Fri, Sat)	$65 plus tax
Monthly rate	$600 plus tax
Weekly special	$300 (7 days) plus tax

Rental Lots:

Our licensed agents adhere to all real estate professional codes. They have many years of experience in all aspects of real estate. They are lot owners and are living the Outdoor Resorts RV lifestyle.

RENTAL RATES/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Nightly Rates: $65.00/Day Year Round

More than four (4) people require an extra charge of $2.00 per person per day. Children under seven, free.

Monthly Rates:

$1500.00 Owner Rentable Lots

Rates include full hook-ups and all amenities, excluding golf. Reservations required.

Reservation Policy:

A Credit Card is required to hold all reservations. The daily rental rate will be charged to your Credit Card if you fail to cancel your reservation within the required time or are a no show. A $200 deposit is required for monthly reservations. We accept MasterCard, Visa or Checks for deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled no later than three (3) days prior to your arrival date. The Daily Rate will be charged for all Holiday cancellations.

RV Requirements:

• Minimum RV length is 30 ft. Class A, Class C, Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels Only. No Toy Haulers.
• Lots are assigned on a rotation basis. We do not hold or guarantee a specific lot.
• Only six (6) persons and two (2) pets are allowed per lot anytime (including visitors).
